Position Title: Senior Stock Administrator

We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Stock Administrator to join our exciting equity team to administer EA’s Equity Incentive Plans for U.S. and International participants in over 30 countries worldwide.  You will work with various functions within the company to drive operational excellence and deliver world class employee service. 

You will report to EA’s Senior Manager of Stock Administration. Location is flexible.

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of RSU releases
  • Global Mobility tracking for equity vesting purposes (International and State to State)
  • Ensure compliance with global equity tax withholding and reporting requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of equity transactions globally (China SAFE/Notice 35, UK HMRC, Australia ESS)
  • Maintain integrity of all equity data including inbound and outbound feeds to vendor systems and internal employee self-service tools
  • Promote EA’s equity programs through employee communication and education, address employee inquiries and create educational materials
  • Implement best practices and support automation initiatives to attain high level of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of equity administration
  • Execute EA’s leave of absence policy and assess vesting suspensions
  • Support EA’s dividend payments
  • Assist when needed with all aspects of stock administration including grants, exercises, ESPP, Section 16 Filings, YTD and tax imports, and various reporting requirements

What does EA look for?

  • 5+ years comprehensive experience in stock administration for a publicly traded U.S. company
  • BA /BS in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • CEP Certification
  • Proficient in day-to-day administration of Equity Incentive Stock and Employee Stock Purchase plans
  • Solid business judgment with the ability to think strategically and plan in ambiguous situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate with employees of all levels to explain complex equity concepts
  • Advanced working knowledge of Equity Edge Online
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Mail Merge skills
