QA Project Leader (Project Owner)

Reporting to QV Studio Leader

  • You are passionate about games, an expert in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, and an advocate of quality.
  • You will lead experienced QA professionals and guide the Quality and Testing Strategy for a AAA project.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Quality and Test Strategy for the Project to achieve Quality at Speed and Scale
  • Partner and work with project and discipline leaders to guide project success
  • Be primary contact and work with partners and QA team
  • Analyze rich test data to provide project status and risk assessments
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and growth opportunities for the QA Team
  • Lead Defect Prevention and Containment effort (Quality Assistance & Shift-Left)
  • Drive service quality, and continuous improvement efforts to meet QA Goals
  • Build team by hiring and growing talent
  • Manage budgets and forecasts

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of QA management experience leading complex projects from pre-production to market
  • 3+ years QA testing experience (White, Grey box & Black box)
  • Mastery of QA & Software Testing domain and practices
  • Experience leading Automation and Tools Assisted Testing Strategy
  • Agile & Project Management Knowledge
  • Experience with Big City/Open World Projects (Asset)

Chef de projets • Assurance-qualité (maître d’œuvre)

Vous relevez du responsable de l’assurance-qualité du studio.

  • Vous êtes une personne passionnée par les jeux qui est experte en assurance-qualité et en mise à l’essai de logiciels, et vous accordez la priorité absolue à la qualité.
  • Vous dirigez des professionnels chevronnés en matière d’assurance-qualité et définissez la stratégie de mise à l’essai et de validation de la qualité d’un projet de calibre AAA.

Vos responsabilités

  • Vous mettez en œuvre la stratégie de mise à l’essai et de validation de la qualité du projet pour atteindre rapidement les cibles, et ce, conformément aux exigences.
  • Vous épaulez et collaborez avec les responsables du projet et des différentes disciplines pour assurer sa réussite.
  • Vous êtes la personne-ressource principale et travaillez de concert avec les partenaires et les membres de l’équipe de l’assurance-qualité.
  • Vous analysez de vastes ensembles de données de vérification pour établir l’état d’avancement du projet et effectuer l’évaluation des risques.
  • Vous multipliez les occasions de croissance de l’équipe responsable de l’assurance-qualité tout en accompagnant et en encadrant ses membres.
  • Vous supervisez les efforts de prévention et de prise en charge des irrégularités.
  • Vous assurez la qualité du service et veillez à l’amélioration continue afin d’atteindre les objectifs en matière d’assurance-qualité.
  • Vous bonifiez l’équipe en recrutant et en embauchant des ressources de talent.
  • Vous gérez les budgets et établissez les prévisions.

Vos compétences :

  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de l’assurance-qualité, ayant dirigé des projets complexes allant de la préproduction à la commercialisation.
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en validation de la qualité (essais structurels, essais fonctionnels et essais mixtes).
  • Vous maîtrisez le domaine et les pratiques de mise à l’essai et de validation de la qualité des logiciels.
  • Vous avez déjà mis en œuvre une stratégie de validation tirant parti d’outils et d’automatisation.
  • Vous êtes au fait de l’approche Agile et de la gestion de projets.
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé sur des initiatives en monde ouvert ou impliquant une communauté étendue.
