This opportunity is to join the newly formed brand team for Electronic Arts. That means we’re still making it up as we go along. The Brand PM will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who has worked as a Project Manager in an entertainment, film/digital production or advertising agency environment. Their main attributes are: team player, great collaborator, clear communicator, organized and efficient simplify, problem solver, culturally engaged across the team and inclusive

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager or Account Management at a Creative Ad Agency, Entertainment Company or an internal Creative Services department
  • Self-motivated - with the ability to take projects from inception to execution
  • Experience developing, creating and refining project management processes
  • Excellent understanding of project management tools and tech 
  • Creatively driven and problem solver. Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities among projects
  • Some people Management experience preferred

Role and responsibilities:

  • Internal team management - plan and facilitate team touchpoints, meetings and manage communication channels
    • Help to establish standard process flows between management and marketing to drive efficiencies
    • Streamline inter-team engagements to minimize the number and maximize the effectiveness of meetings
  • Oversee creation of work back schedules, milestone trackers and team calendars
  • Govern and optimize marketing processes and systems regularly 
  • Facilitate team annual planning process, quarterly reports for and with Senior Director of Operations
  • Facilitate enterprise touchpoints between EA Brand and other teams, planning integration points with the business and proactively setting the cadence of sharing with executive stakeholders at milestone moments
  • Proactively support the team to plan for major marketing milestone meetings - planning collaboration on presentations and work-back schedules for deck design and film production
  • Support the Senior Director of Operations in maintaining a strong and healthy team culture, working with the team executive assistant to plan happy hours and off-sites 
  • Lead brand team new hire onboarding process 
  • Facilitate team budget alignment with finance
  • Run agency MSA process and help to facilitate onboarding
