The Challenge Ahead:
The Senior Analyst will be a part of the Studio Data and Insights (SDI) team stationed within the
North America Studio Analytics (NASA) team. They will work directly with several studio analytics
leads and the central data team to build insights on our portfolio of games.
What a Senior Analyst does at EA:
You will work with EA's entire portfolio of games including Apex Legends, Battlefield, FIFA,
Madden, and Sims. As part of the executive facing team, you will work with other analytics
leaders in establishing the outstanding game health reporting to our several partners
including Studio Leadership, Brand Management, and Product Management.
As part of the Studio Data and Insights team, you will work with peers from all over the
world (Redwood Shores, Stockholm, Edmonton, Vancouver) and from several other core
analytics teams (Analytics Solutions, Data Engineering, Data Platform, Marketing Analytics).
You will get experience managing a visible and impactful visualization suite from end
to end.
The next great EA Game Analyst has:
5 or more years of analytics experience
Expert querying ability with multiple tools and large datasets
Excellent visualization skills with dashboard creation experience
Experience defining applicable data sets and working with execution teams
Built long-lasting relationships with non-technical partners
Passion for gaming, able to represent multiple audience perspectives
Experience working with a Mobile Game Studio or Publisher a plus
