Position Title: Intern General

External Description:

The Digital Publishing Operations Associate is responsible for assisting with the operational functions of Digital at retail with some overlap into Digital Code Management. They will provide support and assist with digital at retail setups, queries, and reporting.  Additionally, the Digital Publishing Operations Associate will assist with data cleanup and reporting for the Digital Codes system.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate setup in DART for Microsoft Digital at Retail
• Ensure PC product setup for Digital at Retail Channel
• SIEA Source setup requests for all ESD cards.
• Manage asset and copy delivery to Nintendo for card creation.
• JIRA ticket updates for DAR specific tasks
• Reporting to digital MS&P territory leads
• Reporting to First Party and PC Digital Resellers of Digital at Retail products
• Reporting and data integrity for Digital Codes system

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel 
• Knowledge of JIRA or Jazz
