The role:

At EA, Game Designers are champions of the product. As a Senior/Lead Game Designer, you’ll be an essential member of the team, shaping our games to satisfy both hardcore and casual players, driving commercial success on a free-to-play business model.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Creative Director to manage and drive the client design team for FIFA Mobile.
• Work with the Game Director and Creative Designer to help determine the design with regards to every facet of the game: structure, flow, economy, mechanics
• Lead, review, and manage the design work (designs, documentation, tuning) of other designers on the team.
• Work in a team environment that spans multiple time zones
• Implement designs in the game when needed (High-level or basic coding skills nice to have, but not required)

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional game design experience.
• Production experience, or experience leading a team (setting deliverables and goals, and delivering on them)
• Experience designing mobile free-to-play games.
• Live service experience also desirable.
