Respawn Entertainment is a AAA video game development studio that aspires to create new hit games that leave a lasting impact for gamers worldwide. Our work includes the critically acclaimed multi-platform games Apex Legends and Titanfall franchise.

Responsibilities:

• As our Senior Lead Product manager you'll report into our Head of Apex Legends Mobile and will lead the Product Management Performance team, ensuring that LiveOps (events and offers) and monetization strategies are defined and achieved.  
• Determine Apex Legend Mobile’s LiveOps strategy and calendar of events, offers and promotions and oversee its implementation
• Tune features (events/offers/systems) to optimize their performance over time (analytics, AB testing, segmentation)
• You will design and monitor the economy, identifying risks/ important trends and putting together an action plan to address issues
• You will conduct analyses on the performance of the game and of specific features and share insights for the future
• Provide input to our Roadmap on new features to build and help establish the requirements/ functionality of new features
• Help us build an accomplished team of product management professionals

Qualifications

• Your 5+ years of performance product management experience, should include 2+ years of product leadership
• Demonstrably deep mobile and F2P experience
• Built and managed product or data teams at scale
• Collaborative and influence-inspired leadership style
• You are expert in all modes of conversation, including written and powerpoint communications
• Deep passion for gaming
• Bonuses: FPS experience (HD or mobile) is a huge advantage, but being an active Apex Legends or shooter player is also great; MBA is appreciated
