Responsibilities
- Configure monitoring and logging infrastructure for cloud deployed services
- Develop and optimize build scripts for CI/CD pipeline
- Monitor and optimize AWS cloud services costs
- Configure and upgrade JIRA and Confluence cloud deployments
Required Skills
- Linux LPIC-1 Administrator certification or work experience equivalent. Installing/updating software using package manager, managing users and file system permissions. Memory, CPU, IO issues investigations and resolution.
- Basic scripting with bash
- Experience with AWS Cloud. Required services: EC2, RDS, ElastiCache. Configuring SecurityGroups rules.
- Experience with monitoring and logging configuration (Datadog, NewRelic, AWS CloudWatch)
- Python scripting experience
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with other AWS services: DynamoDB, CloudWatch Events, Lambda
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Groovy scripting
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools. (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- AWS Certifications: AWS DevOps Associate/SysOps Pro.
