我们正在寻找有才华的、有高度责任感且经验丰富的软件工程师加入我们，以在多种平台上（包括安卓、
iPhone/iPad, Windows Phone 等）开发新一代的手机游戏及大型在线游戏。候选人应是具有高度积极性的工
程师，能为任何游戏系统编码，包括游戏、音效、框架、渲染和网络。
Description 职位描述
- 针对市场的需求，配合游戏设计人员和其他部门，开发新的游戏及游戏内容，保证我们在相应游戏市场上
的领先地位。
- 在 EA 海外新开发的游戏产品基础上，寻找适合中国市场的盈利模式，并进行本土化开发。
- 参与游戏原型、系统架构和功能模块的策划和开发，为中国游戏市场提供高质量的产品。
- 与 QA 密切合作，寻找缺陷，并进行游戏内测、公测以及正式发布版本的除错工作。
- 研究产品框架和必须的基础架构以及技术。
- 针对国内网络现状，结合策划的需求，创造性地提出解决方案，提升用户体验。
- 帮助创建技术规格和软件架构文档。
- 及时向上级交流项目的进度、问题和风险等。
- 根据需求支持外部的开发团队。
- 领导并帮助组内的初级程序员工作。

Qualification 任职资格
- 计算机科学或相关领域的本科或者硕士学历。
- 基本功扎实，学习能力强，能够适应公司高速发展的需要。
- 具有 5年以上软件开发经验，至少使用 C++、Objective C、AS 成功研发一款游戏。
- 能自主寻找所需资源，能够在紧迫的时间内以及没有监督的情况下高效地工作。
- 优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作能力。
- 对于实时网络对战游戏有开发经验者优先。
- 对体育类游戏有开发经验者优先。
