Senior Client Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Senior Client Engineer to join an experienced team of developers working on an exciting new mobile game. This is an opportunity for you to join a veteran team and help craft the vision and execution of a compelling, creative, and immersive experience. You will report to the Technical Director and collaborate with Designers, Artists and other Engineers

Expectations:

• Be a technical leader on the team and mentor other engineers
• Help establish best practices for Unity / Mobile development
• Write technical designs based on gathered requirements
• Improve solutions to address performance bottlenecks
• Provide high-quality code review feedback
• Work in a distributed team environment

Technical Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience
• 8+ years of game development experience with 3+ years in a related role
• Expert level knowledge of Unity and C#
• Experienced in mobile development for iOS and Android

Required Non-Technical Skills

• Demonstrates dependability and commitment to projects/tasks
• Ability and desire to work with other game developers in a cooperative team environment

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Typescript and Angular proficiency
• Avid gamer with a passion for creating top-quality games
• 4x and strategy genre experience
