Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT identity and security platforms, along with participating in a variety of technology transformation projects. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and effective communication to internal teams and customers
• Assist in the management and maintenance of a Windows Active Directory infrastructure
• Provide last line troubleshooting support for windows administrators within the corporate environment
• Perform run activities related to Active Directory, global administration and DNS records management
• Support a distributed model of Privileged Administrative Workstations running Windows 10 Virtual Machines
• Administrate Hyper-V configurations
• Administrate Virtual Infrastructure on VMWare 6.5+
• Administrate Centralized Windows Remote Desktop Services
• Perform Windows vulnerability patching and management
• Understand and apply scripted automation skills

 Qualifications for the Job:

• Deep technical experience with Microsoft Active Directory at a senior level
• Advanced technical understanding of Certificate Services, LDAP, Group Policy, DNS and TCP/IP
• Proficient with client management and monitoring software
• Experience supporting and developing runbooks\workflows
• PowerShell, VBScript or Python scripting comprehension
• SQL Services, Clustering, IIS, Apache experience a plus
• Linux administration a plus
• Previous experience working in secure, complex environments
• Demonstratable experience embodying information security concepts and best practices
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and abilities to research root cause in a complex environment
• Enterprise class windows server hardware knowledge and problem-solving ability

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of in-depth prior experience in a Windows Server environment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience logging into a Domain Controller and supporting Directory Services
