Position Overview:

The Quality Verification Project Lead serves as the driver for the testing approach during a project’s development cycle. The lead will manage testing resources, building test plans, for providing insight and reporting to project managers, and for developing their team.

Our teams inspires creativity using innovative tech and tools such as the Frostbite engine and collaborate with thousands of outstanding developers across EA’s network of studios.

• Become part of a multi-discipline team of developers, leaders and other subject matter experts on a mission to define new player experiences
• Be a Leader for your team - mentor a team of QV Testers and QV Analysts tasked with delivering end-to-end test plans.
• Dedicate your time to the creation of a Quality Plan for a product.
• Enable the team and QV partners to work through problem solving and quality process refinement.
• Assist the management team in improving the effectiveness of our processes.

You will be a part of an evolving team that appreciates the opportunity to learn and an environment that promotes best practices, innovation and a Player First mentality.

The next great QV Project Lead in EA needs:

• Minimum of 1-year leadership in a people management role
• Basic Project Management knowledge
• The ability to work with remote teams spread across multiple time zones

Nice to have:

• Broad knowledge of console and PC games
• Familiarity with Sports products
• Previous Quality Assurance experience in Games or Software
• Experience in Performance management and in helping shape the career of others
