Your Team

CDS (Central Development Services) supports internal EA teams with development services. EAX is the development organization that builds and supports marketing websites, as well the online game distribution platform for EA. You would be a part of CDS helping SCQ-T build the tools and services for EAX automation teams to implement the quality strategy for the product and the teams. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead scrum meetings
• Keep track of initiatives and deliverables within SCQ-T
• Organization meetings and take notes/meeting minutes
• Hold people accountable
• Coordinate project work
• Ensure Jira tickets are in good state and follow the guidelines set for EAX QE and SCQ-T
• Help the manager with organizing the team admin and adding structure

Desired Skills:

• Know and have practiced Agile methodology for software development
• Know SDLC and using project management tools
• Must have worked in an environment making use of JIRA

Nice to have:

• Scrum certification
• PMP certification, or are in the process of getting the certification (hours worked would count towards PMP certification)
• Good understanding of Javascript frameworks or have actual developer/software engineer experience
