External Description:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Setup and maintenance of mobile devices
Troubleshooting and maintenance on a wide variety of mobile devices (handsets, tablets, e-readers, etc.) including upgrading, downgrading, and installation of Beta/Preview and non-Factory firmware.
International and domestic shipping and receiving.
Inventory management including daily check in and out, organization and audits
Documentation creation and maintenance
Database Analysis for inventory
Regular communication with global stakeholders and partners
