EA Seattle is looking for a Unity Artist to join our successful and talented team. 

The Role

In this position, you will play the critical role of Unity Artist; helping the team tackle a variety of challenges help us create world class game-play. The team is looking for a creative, self-directed individual who’s passionate about achieving high quality results with optimized and performance solutions. Join us in crafting the most delightful experience possible for our players!

What You’ll Do

• Will work closely with our tech artist using custom tools for implementing characters.
• Verify rigs and models from outsourcers.
• Assist with technical tasks and problem solving based on our project’s needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Junior to mid-level role
• Proficient in Unity and Maya
• Unity Implementation/Integration
• Rigging experience in Maya
• Basic object modeling in Maya
• A passion for playing and making awesome games!

Pluses 

• Unity’s Shuriken particle system
• Experience with shaders
• Basic animation skills
• Proficiency in After Effects and/or other animation software
• Python and/or Mel scripting
• Lighting
• Experience in working with a cartoony style
• Experience working on mods or game jams
