The Challenge ahead:

As a CoreQA Analyst you’ll play the role of the QA/Gaming expert from your team. You’ll have great technical skills, understand data analysis, understand the gaming industry and you’ll understand our customers better than anyone on the team.

As a CoreQA Analyst you’ll be the guide for the testers you’ll work with, helping them understand what best testing practices mean, what the development team is looking for when reporting issues and how to test specific features. You will be always up-to-date with the game’s design, you’ll communicate directly with the DevTeam and you will provide data driven feedback to the Development and Production teams.

As a CoreQA Analyst you’ll know the product better than anyone, you’ll provide valuable insight into the data gathered by the QA team and you’ll be the QA Subject Matter Expert within your team.

Together with other analysts you will ensure best practices are followed, knowledge is retained and consolidated and information is distributed and clarified.

The next great Quality Analyst needs: 

• 1+ year of Gaming QA experience. Ideally on multiple gaming platforms.
• Extensive gaming culture. Ideally you are familiar with multiple titles from multiple genres.
• Varied Technical skills – Office Suite, QA specific tools and processes
• High school level math knowledge. Statistics knowledge is a plus.
• Logical and Critical thinking. Demonstrating game mechanics understanding.
