What a Recruiter Does At EA

Recruiters partner with hiring teams to understand recruitment needs and develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. They research and document industry and market intelligence, provide feedback to the business, and identify and source top talent by researching industry trends, attending and presenting at conferences and events, networking, and promoting corporate referral programs.

Working as part of a global team, our Recruiters build and maintain strong communities of talent, while proactively responding to the business needs, creating detailed recruitment project plans, which encompass timelines, strategies, cost, resources, and ROI of various recruiting activities and efforts. They also track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities.

The Next Great EA Recruiter Needs

Previous recruitment experience is a must-have, ideally in the high-tech or entertainment industry. In addition, we are looking for someone with:

Strong experience partnering with business leaders to manage recruitment needs in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Proven ability to recruit across a mix of marketing and creative disciplines and levels of seniority
Experience managing recruitment workflow in an applicant tracking system with a high level of accuracy
Superior account management & customer service skills to ensure the best candidate and hiring manager experience
Demonstrated experience developing and executing on regional recruitment strategies
Excellent sourcing skills to be able to build and maintain high-quality talent connections
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Passion for marketing, creative, entertainment, and/or games
Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization
Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates
Resourceful and effective use of search engines, job sites, social networks, etc.
Capable of managing change and handle deadlines, have strong project management skills, and be able to work well in diverse teams
