業務内容

• QAプロジェクトマネージャー、開発者、デザイナー、デベロップメントマネージャーと協力してテストの範囲を決定する
• プロセスごとにスコープ、スケジュール、リスク、データメトリックなどを含むテストプランを準備する
• 潜在的なリスクをフィーチャーやシステムに分析し報告する
• QVチームと協力のうえテストを実行し、スケジュールに従ってデリバリを提供する
• テストの進行状況をトラックし、潜在的な遅延/問題の根本原因を特定し、可能な提案を準備する
• KPI /基準に対するテスト結果を分析し、必要に応じてスコープをレビューする
• 主要なステークホルダーとバグを選別し、影響力のある重大な問題を解決する
• 論理的に複数のタイトルで構造化された探索的なテストを実行する
• QAプロセスの効果と効率に関するフィードバックを提供する
• 必要に応じてチームのトレーニングとサポートを提供する
• “品質の声“となる

 

応募資格

[必須]

• プロダクションまたは品質重視の職務経験2年以上
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• C＃、SQLおよびホワイトボックステストによる経験/理解
• 開発サイクル全体を通してSDLCとQAsの関わりを理解し、積極的に変化を推進する
• 一定の指示を受けることなく、割り当てられたタスクに責任を持ち、業務を遂行する能力
• 分析と結果指向、包括的なレポート、分析、プレゼンテーションの形でアイデアを伝えることができる
