Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un coordonnateur de production pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Les responsabilités principales du poste sont:

OPÉRATIONS

  • Accueillir et intégrer les nouveaux employés (p. ex., équipement, postes de travail, soutien)
  • Collaborer avec les installations pour planifier/gérer les déplacements de personnes ou d’équipes et assurer un environnement de travail agréable
  • Organiser les voyages à l’échelle nationale et internationale et les besoins logistiques de l’équipe (calendrier, réunions, dépenses, traiteur...)
  • Organiser et planifier les activités d’équipe et les événements (p. ex., événements de promotion de la qualité de vie, célébration des Fêtes, sorties d’équipe)
  • Assurer le traitement des commandes et des contrats, le paiement et le suivi des factures
  • Gérer le déroulement des approbations juridiques et des demandes d’entente de confidentialité
  • Collaborer avec les services de TI dans la gestion proactive des besoins en matériel et en logiciel pour le studio ou l’équipe
  • Assurer la maintenance des bibliothèques et des actifs de référence, la gestion des livraisons et des expéditions, des fournitures de bureau

PRODUCTION

  • Appuyer la direction et l’équipe de leadership de Motive en collaborant à la coordination des activités professionnelles dans certains secteurs de production
  • Maintenir une bonne communication entre tous les collaborateurs de projet et participer au développement de bons outils de communication destinés aux rapports hebdomadaires, aux présentations, etc.
  • Assister aux réunions de base de projets et aux ateliers et assurer la documentation et la communication appropriées des notes et des plans d’action liés
  • Offrir un soutien en matière de communication et de visibilité, d’organisation d’équipe, d’environnement de travail, de développement de culture
  • Relever les secteurs à améliorer dans les processus de coordination de projet
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le laboratoire de test de jeu et l’équipe de développement pour assurer la livraison des versions de test

EXIGENCES

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle semblable
  • Capacité avérée dans la suite Microsoft Office y compris : Word, Excel, Outlook et capacité manifeste de se familiariser rapidement avec une variété de trousses logiciels
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Personne automotivée ayant une éthique de travail rigoureuse
  • Succès de travail manifeste dans un environnement rapide et dynamique, recours à la pensée critique et aux compétences de résolution de problèmes
  • Expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo et passion pour le jeu un atout

Motive is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team.

 

The primary responsibilities of this role include :

 

OPERATIONAL

  • New staff set-up and onboarding (e.g., equipment, workstations, support)
  • Work with facilities to plan/manage individual and/or team moves and ensure a nice working environment
  • Arrange domestic and international travel & team logistic needs (calendar, meetings, expenses, food catering..)
  • Organize and plan team activities, events (ie: Quality of live Events, Holiday party, Team Outings, etc)
  • Purchasing & Contract processing, invoice payments & tracking
  • Managing workflow of legal approvals & NDA requests
  • Work with IT to proactively manage hardware and software needs for the Studio/Team
  • Maintaining libraries & references assets, managing deliveries & shipments, office supplies

PRODUCTION

  • Support Motive management & team leadership in assisting with the coordination of work activities in certain areas of Production
  • Ensure a good communication between all project collaborators and help developing good communication tools for weekly reports, presentations, etc.
  • Attend core project meetings and workshops and ensures meeting notes/action plans are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Help in fields such as communication & visibility, team organization, work environment, culture development
  • Identify areas for improvement in project coordination processes.
  • Work closely with the playtest lab and dev team to secure playtesting build delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven abilities in Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook and must demonstrate an ability to quickly learn a wide variety of software packages.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, using critical thinking and problem solving skills along the way.
  • Experience working in the video game industry and/or passion for gaming is an asset.
