The Challenge Ahead:

Reporting into the Manager, Talent Acquisition for Stockholm, the Senior Recruiter will proactively liaise across the organization on all levels to understand recruitment requirements and to act on appropriate deliverable items. A Senior Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage. This role requires a flexible approach and a superior level of professional interaction with candidates, business stakeholders and many other teams that work together to attract and onboard our employees.

What a Senior Recruiter does at EA:

  • Own the end to end recruitment process, delivering a great experience to both candidates and your business partners. Including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Coordinator to set-up jobs on the ATS, arrange interviews and create offer paperwork.
  • Act as a talent advisor to your hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and encouraging best practices across the hiring process.
  • Research and document industry trends and market intelligence.
  • Identify and source top talent using appropriate tools, maintaining an up-to-date applicant tracking system.
  • Attend conferences and events, networking and promoting corporate referral programs.
  • Develop interview guides for candidate assessment.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessment via phone and/or in-person interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, by proactively responding to the business needs.
  • Create and document detailed recruitment project plans, which encompasses timelines, strategies, cost, resources, and ROI.
  • Track critical recruitment data, producing regular and ad-hoc metrics and reports.
  • Participate in value-add projects across Talent Acquisition.

The next great EA Senior Recruiter needs:

  • Superb experience managing recruitment in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
  • Strong experience with technical recruitment and pipelines is a plus.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a mix of disciplines and levels of seniority.
  • Excellent sourcing and tracking skills to be able to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Superior account management & customer service skills to ensure timely decisions and the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Experience managing recruitment workflow in an applicant tracking system.
  • Fantastic team spirit.
  • Genuine commitment and a desire to strive for excellence.
  • Be flexible and adaptable when new situations come their way, participating and tackling challenges with composure.
  • To step out of the shadows and come forward with your clearly prepared ideas.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing on regional recruitment strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills.
  • To be reliable and responsible by competing tasks in order of priority, not necessarily in order that they were given.
  • Desire and ability to jump in quickly and hit the ground running.
  • Passion for games and working in a high tech, creative environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree is desired or equivalent work experience.
