Position Title: Experience Designer I

External Description:

EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic brands in entertainment – connecting hundreds of millions around the world to the sports they love through a portfolio of industry-leading video games. Based at our Southam HQ, near to Leamington Spa, we are looking for a UI Designer to support the page designs for our new app for EA Sports. The team is fast-evolving, charged with accelerating the combination of Live Sports and Gaming.

You will report to the Senior Design Manager and work closely with the Senior UI Designer. You should have a keen interest in Mobile Development and be able to communicate your designs well with others.

  • Responsibilities
  • Prototyping concepts based on the UX teams wireflows
  • Creating Hi-fidelity mock-ups, bringing creative solutions to the table.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX Design, and Development, to understand UI requirements for new and evolving features.
  • Able to clearly communicate your completed designs with the development team, streamlining their work as much as possible.
  • Maintain an awareness of industry trends, ensuring our design is aligned with our users' expectations.
  • Main Skills and Experience:
  • Background in user centred design, UI design, product design, or interaction design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating UI design solutions with an emphasis on mobile applications.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
  • Prepared to travel on company business at short notice and willingness to work additional hours to meet the demands of the growing team.
