We are looking for an Production Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Producer , you will collaborate with multiple teams to oversee the production across different projects and team for our EA Sports and Racing franchises, ensuring a smooth project delivery.
You will report directly to the Producer. You will work fully on-site.
Responsibilities

Project Management : You will be responsible of project and resources planning, draft deliverables, prioritize task, update schedules, resolve roadblocks, and ability to adapt to new project onboardings and manage changes.

You will manage collaborations, leading daily scrums and meetings, monitoring team progress and collaborate with the Team to ensure project success.

You will manage Conflicts : Resolve team and project conflicts/ or issues and foster a healthy, engaged and communicative environment.

You will oversight resource : Oversee budgets, manage vendor contracts.

You will manage risk and change : You will Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead change management programs.

You will ensure Quality: You will maintain client expected standards in project deliverables and communication and balance quality, time, and cost.

You will manage client relationships, meeting client’s highest expectations and onboarding new partnerships.
Qualifications
-
Experience in production management within the gaming industry.

Leadership, conflict resolution, problem solutions, and process improvement skills.

Manage risks, changes, and financial aspects of projects.

Technical skills
-
Professional Project management certificate ( Scrum Master, PMP )
-
Project trackig specific software/ tools. ( Shotgrid, Microsoft Project, Miro )

Familiar in scrunm workflow.

Minimal 3 years of project management experiences.
