You will gain insight into multiple aspects of the business and help build global fandom, create interactive storytelling, and position our franchises at the centre of the broader entertainment ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Asia Integrated Comms Lead; and support top-notch marketing projects and inspire the world to play.
Responsibilities:
- You will identify regional narratives that compliment franchise and regional needs to deliver tailored comms to our audiences.
- You will support regional comms requirements and strategies funneling into overall franchise strategy, designed for engagement and connection across comms touch points.
- You will use social listening for informed decision-making for community content and comms channel strategy for long-term growth.
- You will work with the regional teams to guide best-in-class integrated comms practises within market
- You will develop strategies across integrated comms to deliver world-class storytelling
- You will liaise regularly with regional and central teams ensuring visibility around messaging and comms plans
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to present plans in both languages, along with organisational and task/project management abilities.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Local market expert with understanding of the social ecosystem and gaming community.
- Familiarity with Shooter/FPS franchises and an understanding of market & audience insights.
- Expert liaison, versatile and independent, creative solution-seeker and familiarity collaborating in a global environment
- Familiarity with current gameplay modes and understanding of player motivations and needs
