Position Title: Associate Quality Designer

External Description:

This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA Analyst to join our team. In this important role, you will lead our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will help maintain our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategies for data analysis and reporting.

  • Conduct and review confidence score assessments to support decision-making processes.

  • Identify potential risks, providing mitigation strategies to team members.

  • Participate in retrospectives to analyze past performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Perform confidence score assessments to ensure ongoing project accuracy.

  • Participate in root cause analysis to resolve underlying issues in projects.

  • Provide support during release cycles, ensuring and quality delivery of products.

  • Support the bug evaluation processes, prioritizing issues for resolution.

  • Offer support for tools and automation, optimizing workflows and processes.

  • Gather and document requirements, ensuring they are communicated to the development team.

  • Participate in development meetings, providing input and ensuring understanding of project goals.

  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring it is accurate and accessible.

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or quality assurance.

  • Quality Assurance Experience: +3 years of experience working with quality assurance teams and testing methodologies, within a focus on software testing.

  • Leadership: Leadership skills, including experience leading teams.

  • Process Improvement Knowledge: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and the ability to inspire creativity in testing processes to enhance effectiveness.
