Integrated Comms Coordinator (Contingent Worker)

 

Contract Period: 3-month contract followed by a 9-month extension based on evaluation (extension up to a maximum of 2 years will be reviewed)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sports Integrated Comms Coordinator  to join our team. You will be part of an exciting team affecting change across our diverse APAC region while partnering with the central Brand and Communications teams. You will support on comms strategies to both deliver our central messages and developing more culturally relevant narratives we want to deliver in the region. The Integrated Comms Coordinator will have overall responsibility of comms management, which will be delivered through close collaboration and transparency with regional and global teams .

You will gain insight into multiple aspects of the business and help build global fandom, create interactive storytelling, and position our franchises at the centre of the broader entertainment ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Asia Integrated Comms Lead; and support top-notch marketing projects and inspire the world to play.

Responsibilities:

  • Help find and suggest local stories and themes that match EA SPORTS FC franchise goals and the region's interests
  • Assist in gathering and organising the communication needs of different regions. Support the Senior Integrated Comms Leads to ensure these needs align with the overall franchise strategy to keep audiences engaged and connected.
  • Use social media tools to monitor what people are saying about our titles and markets. Share insights to help teams make informed decisions about community content and communication strategies for future growth.
  • Help manage requests from central teams, such as creating press releases, reporting media coverage, and coordinating reports from regional teams about their activities.
  • Assist in maintaining existing relationships with the press. Identify opportunities for communication and ensure all outputs are approved before release.
  • Maintain regular contact with both regional and central teams. Ensure everyone is up-to-date with messaging and communication plans

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 0 + years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Flexible in challenging environments and situations, including direct interactions within the player community.
  • Deliver high-return work in a team of multiple clients with diverse/dynamic needs
  • Present plans and concepts in English, along with organisational and task/project management abilities.
  • Expert liaison, versatile and independent, creative solution-seeker and familiarity collaborating in a global environment
  • Familiarity with current gameplay modes and understanding of player motivations and needs
