Position Title: Senior Benefits Analyst

About the Position:

EA is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Global Benefits team, reporting to the Director of Benefits for Asia Pacific and Global Benefit Programs. You will have benefits administration and program oversight for EA’s Asia Pacific and global benefit programs. You will manage our benefit programs by working with a diverse group of internal and external partners. This is a temporary position for 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or conversion to a permanent role.

Position Summary:

• You will partner with different members of the benefits team to help us achieve broader team goals and deliverables, including;
• Establish/maintain working relationships with brokers, consultants, People Practices/HR partners and other internal partners (e.g. Legal, Finance, Payroll);
• Assist/Lead the annual insurance renewal process for our region;
• Partner with regional HR to maintain an ongoing benefits communication campaign;
• Help complete regional benefit benchmark surveys;
• Support the rollout of global policy changes and implementations, inclusive of communications;
• Identify process and program improvements;
• Maintain the Asia Pacific intranet sites;
• Manage the region's ongoing wellness initiative and programs;
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum 5 or more years experience in a human resource/benefits relevant role;
• Ability to speak and write English in addition to the local language;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• A passion for inclusion, diversity and accessibility as they relate to our programs and company policies;
• HRIS experience (Workday is an asset);
• Experience with Google Workspace
