CTO-Fusion shapes the future of interactive entertainment by harnessing data and technology to empower the creation of the next generation of games. We are a collection of six teams, Frostbite, Data & Analytics, Creative Technologies, Technology Growth Strategy, Creative Direction, and Operations.

We partner with business leaders, and teams to lead positive and transformational changes across our organization and our game team partners. We are looking for a Head of Operations, reporting to the VP of CTO-Fusion Operations, to support the Technology Growth Strategy (TGS) team. You will partner with the TGS leadership team to oversee all operational aspects of the business. This includes establishing functional processes and improving operational efficiency. Close collaboration with the Heads of Operations for the other Fusion businesses is also required.

Responsibilities:

• Financial:
  • You will oversee the annual/quarterly budget process and planning for TGS
  • Track financial risks and opportunities. Monitor actuals and update budget and processes.

• Business Analysis:
  • Analyze business metrics that provide insights for multiple teams within the Central Ops organization.
  • Support delivery of systems and methods for iterative reporting

• Strategic Planning:
  • Guide strategic planning for important TGS programs
• Execution:
  • Support execution of the core central functions that contribute to long-term success within your team
• Process:
  • Use and improve the frameworks and processes used to establish a rhythm in how business is conducted e.g. financial submissions, resource planning.
  • You will guide the Goals key results, processes and updates

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $151,800 - $208,900 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
