Position Title: Project Manager II
External Description:
We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to help build an unannounced project, exploring new technologies to transform interactive entertainment. Reporting to the Project's GM, you'll work with the Project Manager and teams to help shape the future of gaming experiences for millions of players.
- Responsibilities:
- Project Support: You'll assist the Project Manager in building product strategy and development plans. You'll help track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate team efforts to ensure project milestones are met.
- Research and Analysis: You'll analyze consumer data to support decision-making processes. You'll compile data and present findings to inform feature prioritization and product improvements.
- Documentation and Communication: You'll create project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports. You'll help remove roadblocks for team members.
- User Experience Support: You'll support usability testing efforts, collecting and organizing user feedback to help improve product design and functionality.
- Data Management: You'll help collect and organize product metrics, assisting in the analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: You'll work with different team members, promoting a collaborative environment and supporting the project's overall success.
- Product Knowledge: You'll develop a understanding of our product and the competitive landscape, contributing ideas for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related role.
- 1+ years of experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- 1+ years of experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
- 1+ years of experience with social media, entertainment, generative AI, and other new technologies.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $82,500 - $122,900 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. |
