As the Senior Legal Solutions & Technology Analyst, you will manage legal-focused projects, applications, and processes. You will interact with key legal and business partners and collaborate with other LST team members to identify business opportunities and then design, implement, and support solutions to improve the day-to-day productivity of the legal and business teams. You see problems as opportunities and are solutions-oriented with focus on the end user and business needs while navigating complex and ambiguous scenarios.
You also enjoy working with a highly connected Legal Operations team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Legal Solutions & Technology. We are open to remote talent located in North America.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Gather, validate, prioritize, and interpret requirements and produce technical designs
- Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
- Assess and select existing solutions to meet requirements
- Configure and implement technical and functional solutions
- Create and manage project schedules to meet deliverables, identify risks, and provide status to stakeholders
- Create test cases/scenarios and manage user acceptance tests
- Create and update self-help and training materials
- Conduct training and drive user adoption
- Support end-users and troubleshoot issues as part of a COE team
- Work closely with the extended support team and ensure issues are resolved and tickets are managed in a timely manner
- Create and maintain an SOP for the supporting function
- Create and produce operational metrics
- Ensure solution controls are adhered to and respond to SOX and internal audit requests
Qualifications & Achievements:
- 5+ years prior relevant experience
- Experience implementing technical solutions in no-code environments
- Participating in global projects such as CLMS in a legal department
- Experience identifying, documenting, and prioritizing requirements
- Experience working with business clients, technical and cross-functional teams
- Is intellectually curious and embraces technology to enable and automate business processes
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $82,500 - $122,900 USD Annually • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $76,000 - $122,900 USD Annually • Jersey City, NJ : º $99,000 - $122,900 USD Annually • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $91,600 - $122,200 USD Annually • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $76,000 - $109,200 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. |
