Position Title: Senior BM&O Analyst II

Performance Reporting Analyst



You are an experienced Performance Reporting Analyst who excels at developing and delivering performance reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making across Fan Care. 

 

This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable information that enhances business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection and Analysis:  

- Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and proprietary systems.

  - Perform thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data audits and validation checks.

- Reporting:

  - Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to meet the needs of different departments and stakeholders.

  - Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports.

- Performance Monitoring:

  - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track Fan Care’s progress towards its goals.

  - Identify and highlight areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.

  - Collaborate with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Communication and Presentation:

  - Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

  - Prepare detailed written reports and presentations that convey data insights in a consumable and understandable manner.

  - Work closely with cross-functional teams to propose & implement data-driven strategies for improving our care to our fans.

- Continuous Improvement:

  -  Propose and implement improvements to existing reporting processes and tools.

  - Support the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures and a Fan Care operating model.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance reporting and data analytics.

Mentoring and Coaching:

  -  Ability to work with others to help them learn & improve on their analytical and performance reporting skills



Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, performance reporting, or a similar role.

 

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

- Highly numerate and with substantial experience of working with complex data sets
