Position Title: Lead HRC Coordinator

The People Services team’s vision is to power an extraordinary candidate experience and employee experience that energizes EA’s talent through strategic programs. The team designs and deploys critical HR infrastructure support, and creates shared operational support for PE teams in service to scaling. This team manages all high-visibility projects for the People Experience function and executes core talent programs. EA is expanding and we need you! We are looking for a Senior HR Coordinator  to partner with a local Practices Manager, and a global People Services team. This is a unique opportunity for you to be our local contact for operations support. The Senior HR Coordinator will help ensure the efficient functioning of our operations in South America. Reporting to the Process Senior Manager, People Services, you will work with our team to help ensure our HR programs, operational processes, employee support, systems support, and data management processes are streamlined and efficient. You will have experience working with and supporting a global PE team and will be as passionate as we are about process improvement and systems!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to routine inquiries from PE and employees and serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation.
  • Support new hires, with pre hire, Day 1 and ongoing local support activities. 
  • Implement, supports and assists program deployment with accuracy & consistency
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (COE teams) to refine program execution.
  • May provide input for redesign of programs related to: operational response events, and related execution across systems, operations, and operational components of pay, stock, benefits, hires, exits, mobility, and business events.
  • May contribute to development and systematization of best practices through the creation of playbooks for PE users, including BPs, PPs and COEs, placing PE, Manager and Employee experiences at the center of design and deployment of work.
  • Meet compliance requirements and manage multiple PE-related administrative tasks to support the People Services team.
  • Work within the ServiceNow ticketing system to help with employee queries, ensuring these are closed within set Service level agreements.
  • Create knowledge articles on processes to serve as guides for others.
  • Respond to Workday transactions, providing support and troubleshooting on tasks.
  • Work with the team to review existing processes and to support modifications to better suit the changes in the company and the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field combined with + 5 year progressive experience in international HR generalist, HR center of excellence experience or similar
  • Demonstrated local knowledge of HR requirements, HR best practices, HR administration, and the ability to support the operations of these practices locally
  • Project management skills, able to coordinate simultaneusly projects.
  • Proficient in basic data reporting, with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and systems (ServiceNow, Workday)
  • A team player and exhibits “customer-first” thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/ fluency skills both English and Spanish required
