Position Title: Marketing Manager I

On the FC Pro esports team, our mission is to engage EA SPORTS FC players through compelling esports experiences, including content and opportunities to compete. Our FC Esports organisation is looking for a Product Operations Manager, FC Pro, who will report to the Sr. Manager of FC Pro Product Operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will develop business relationships with partners to ensure close and collaborative working practices with league partners, vendors and other collaborators.

  • You will manage execution of FC Pro and partner tournaments and events, which includes account management, project tracking and deep collaboration across teams, such as our Global Events Team.

  • You will work with FC Pro Strategy, FC Pro Brand Marketing and FC Pro League Operations to develop and implement plans for implementing all FC Pro esports tournaments and events.

  • You will oversee all aspects of league partner and vendor contracting, ensuring all contracts are up to date and reflect partnership agreements

  • You will run the vendor selection process, ensuring agreement across partners and driving decision-making within the team

  • You will manage a team of other product operations managers, supporting their work, goals, and career development.

 

Requirements:

  • Mid-level experience in project management, account management or a similar role.

  • Experience managing live experiences and events within the sports, gaming or esports industry.

  • Experience with football landscape as it relates to football leagues, football confederations and football clubs and their esports tournaments. 

  • Experience leading teams directly and indirectly to motivate, inspire, and lead team performance.
