The EA Security team works to protect EA’s players, our employees, and our online and enterprise environments.
We publish policies and technical standards, provide help to game and platform teams in securing their products, review and strengthen our enterprise and online networks, and conduct risk assessments for partners and vendors we do business with. We also ensure EA has met security requirements defined by global regulatory bodies.
Summary
EA Security is looking for a Security Product Manager to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO), reporting to the Security Product Experience Team. We ask that you have at least three years of cybersecurity Product Management, Project Management, or Business Operations experience. You will need to collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, IT, and development teams to steer product features from concept through to launch. We need you to be the glue to the Security PMO by improving how products and solutions (e.g., endpoint security, network security, cloud security) interact within an enterprise environment, while applying this knowledge to identify integration opportunities and enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Implement security products through our development cycles, ensuring alignment with our cybersecurity strategies and compliance with industry standards (NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, SOC 2)
- Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of product offerings
- Collaborate with security engineering teams to shape the technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring the creation of scalable and stable product capabilities, and fundamentals
- Write product documentation, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness for larger systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management, Project Management, or Business Operations experience required
- Experience managing mid-sized cyber security and technology products
- Have knowledge of relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards and apply these to guide product development, ensuring products exceed industry best practices for security
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts and security solutions to a variety of audiences
- Excellent documentation skills with experience creating comprehensive system/process documentation, product requirements, assessing risks, and documentation
- University degree, Bachelors, or equivalent professional experience. Also, advanced certifications (e.g. CISSP, PMP, CISM, CSM) is advantageous.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $92,600 - $145,600 USD Annually • Jersey City, NJ : º $117,300 - $145,600 USD Annually • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $111,800 - $151,800 USD Annually • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $92,600 - $135,600 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. |
