To allow our game makers to create fantastic experiences, they need high-quality tools which evolve over the years. This is where Frostbite Quality Assurance comes in.

We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving software quality to facilitate planning and delivery for our Frostbite QA organization. You will be reporting to the Global Frostbite QA leader.

You are right for this role if you are passionate about solving difficult problems. You can collaborate, often across departments and with peers or partners in other parts of the business. Your greatest strengths are building relationships and project delivery.

You will:

  • Enhance Scaled Agile development practices within the team.
  • Oversee team deliveries, including managing risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Improve operational effectiveness of team effort by assessing current practices, incorporating new strategies, and increasing predictability.
  • Lead and implement change management programs within the team. Foster the team's adoption and acceptance of changes.
  • Collaborate across a diverse group of project leaders and development partners.
  • Scenario planning to guide the decision-making process.
  • Align all involved teams towards the outlined goals and guide your team to achieve milestones at quality.
  • Foster relationships with Frostbite Engineering and other disciplines to align on Quality deliverables.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion and maintain an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Experience :

  • You have 5+ years of project management or team leadership experience.
  • You have 3+ years of experience using Agile project management methodology.
  • You are change leader, who excels in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
  • You are experienced in project planning, capacity planning, dependency and risk management including mitigation techniques.
  • You are knowledgeable about quality assurance and software testing methodologies.
