EA is searching for a Regional Campus & Partner Recruiting Program Manager to join our EA Talent Acquisition Team. You will organize recruiting strategies and plans to hire early career talent (interns, apprentices, graduates, etc.) at select academic institutions and early career talent organizations for our early career talent opportunities at EA. You will understand recruitment requirements, implement top student engagement strategies, including events with target campuses and organizational partners, and ensure inclusivity is woven into the fabric of everything we do. You will partner with the broader early career talent team to provide a candidate experience that ensures all candidates and students have a positive interaction with EA at all stages of the recruitment process. You will be an ambassador for EA, showcasing our culture, our priorities, and career opportunities with Next-Gen Talent. The Regional Campus & Partner Recruiting Program Manager will report to the Senior Director of Next-Gen Talent and Recruiting Intelligence and will work with the NGT team to accomplish its goals. You will work either in a hybrid or remote location and should expect to travel in person to campuses, events, and conferences in your region. 

The Regional Campus & Partner Recruiting Program Manager at EA will:

  • Implement campus and other engagement strategies in partnership with TA leaders and to support our early career talent strategy for EA. 
  • Develop events (career fairs, info sessions, conferences, and the like), recruit/train business representatives and develop post event evaluations with target schools and partners that provide memorable & unique experiences for this talent.
  • Promote EA brand while developing employer brand programs tailored and serve as a brand ambassador for EA to expand our presence through social media and other channels
  • Use insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices to help evolve intern & new grad recruiting strategies for effectiveness and inclusivity.
  • Build relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations at target schools and partnerships with recommended professional and academic associations to enhance our recruitment efforts.
  • Work with important partners including business leaders/HR partners to understand workforce plan and hiring needs to ensure the program will achieve hiring goals for campus and early in career roles
  • Be the expert for our department teams and hiring managers providing guidance on best recruitment practices to provide a fair and inclusive hiring process
  • Establish and maintain Internship Alumni Program and Campus Ambassador programming
  • Create efficient processes and produce regular reporting on campus recruiting efforts to deliver a high level of data integrity
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion within early career recruitment, looking to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Be a contact and mentor for prospective and current interns/University grads to retain the next generation of talent for EA
  • Promote the EA brand while educating intern and university grad hire populations about career opportunities at EA
  • Introduce creative ideas to the team to encourage future growth
  • Be the regional contact for campus activities, treks and other ad hoc support

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or Diversity & Inclusion, with experience designing and managing early career recruiting strategies
  • 2+ years experience in early career talent recruiting
  • Experience with the educational landscape and talent market in North America, with established connections to institutions and organizations.
  • Direct experience working in the high-technology software or entertainment industry
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, like Greenhouse, GR8 People, or Avature
  • Experience managing high-volume campus recruitment
  • Experience defining and measuring success of campus recruiting efforts
  • Experienced in implementing recruiting events
  • Consultative, influential, and collaborative with all levels of team members in the organization
  • Values diversity, accessibility and inclusivity 
  • Ability to travel within the United States and Canada

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
