Position Title: Sr Web Developer I

Criterion are looking for an accomplished full stack web development engineer. Reporting to the engineering department you will support and maintain creative web tools and workflow direction.

Responsibilities

  • You will architect and lead creative web projects applying modern web development best practices
  • Develop responsive, resilient, scalable, extendable applications and services
  • Implement features to specifications while working collaboratively with stakeholders
  • You will maintain existing dashboards and development tool extensions / plugins
  • You will help shape the way forward for web tools within EA as a whole
  • Ensure uptime of web services and applications
  • Focus on quality and maintainability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field Or 5+ years of job experience in a hands-on coding role
  • Experience shipping and supporting scalable web services and applications
  • Experience with service hosting in Windows and Linux
  • Experience with responsive web development
  • Manage large systems and features from design to deployment
  • Experience building modern web applications using frontend frameworks (React) with an understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and DOM
  • You will understand concepts like closures, asynchronous programming, types, and dependency injection patterns
  • Having knowledge of platforms, architectures with an understanding of Docker
