Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, you will work together as a PMO team to oversee the daily management of the initiative/program portfolio. Define the establishment, management and control of REWS programs. Implement and consolidate best practices. Standardize the process across all departments and services. Provide project management guidance, methods, systems, tools and metrics for project delivery.
  • You'll bring best practices in process redesign. Lead complex, process redesign projects, bringing best practices and approach to process improvement, scaling across an organization, sharing out best practices and learning/delivery. 
  • Toggle between strategic planning and tracking of tactical activities.
  • Co-lead the design and successful implementation of the PMOs strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.
  • Monitor the performance of the PMO as ‘one team’, to ensure the use of allocated resources and identify opportunities for process improvements and demonstrate good governance.
  • Produce reports and forecasts used for updating the teams and partners.

About you:

  • Interest and understanding of workplace strategy, along with program management principles.
  • Technical skills in designing, managing, and analyzing a range of research and studies.
  • Experienced using different tools to support team and organizational transformation.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating / preparing professional presentations and documents for audiences across all levels of the organization. 
  • Comfortable running workshops, focus groups and interviews, with the ability to identify themes and guiding principles to help shape the direction (desirable).
  • Senior level degree or higher 
  • Experience using virtual tools such as Miro and Asana to facilitate hybrid collaboration.

 



US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $136,600 - $219,000 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $171,100 - $219,000 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $153,100 - $206,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $136,600 - $202,300 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
