As the Manager, Growth Marketing Operations, you will enable Growth Marketing by supporting the VP and Leadership Team to deliver the operational commitments required to run the business. This role reports to the Business Management Director with a dotted line to the Growth Marketing VP.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the rhythm of the business activities that require cross-functional alignment and input, such as:

  • Team offsite workshops
  • Town Hall / all-team meetings
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly LT meetings
  • Team communications including the generation and cascading of enterprise, CXO, Fan Growth, and manager communications
  • Quarterly and annual business reviews
  • TBH management, RMO, and role flighting across the business unit
  • T&E and Spot stock mgmt oversight
  • Partner with finance for oversight over the collective budget
  • Regular engagement with the office of the CXO and Fan Growth operational practices
  • Talent planning and ongoing management
  • Goal planning and progress reporting
  • Cross-team culture and business alignments
  • Operationalize recognition programs

 

Partner closely with Strategic Planning and Business Management to help shape and ensure Growth Marketing processes are aligned with the overall Fan Growth and Office of CXO operating model.

 

Partner with the Internal Comms and Experience team to shape steady-state and special project communications plans then collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders in Growth Marketing to execute.

 

A day in the life

Collaborate with the Vice President and extended leadership team to understand daily, weekly, and quarterly priorities.

Mobilize and support stakeholders through operational activities with proactive planning and clear communication, all in consideration of specific functional needs and challenges.

Coordinate processes designed to reach decisions efficiently and effectively, create transparency across many functional teams, and bring clarity and order to the recurring activities needed to run our business. For example:

  • How to request a new role
  • What to prep for monthly and quarterly progress updates

 

Track and report key changes vs. the annual operating plan, ensuring visibility to leaders.

Collaborate with business partners such as Finance, People Experience, and central operations teams to understand their calendar and their requirements, so you can educate, and advocate for, your working team.

Qualifications

  • Experience and understanding of marketing processes and operations, goal and business planning, and internal management business practices
  • Depth of knowledge in go-to-market strategies and teams
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and process improvement methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in creating and mobilizing new business processes
  • Proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration
  • 5/6+ years of related experience: business operations or project management

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $122,400 - $176,300 USD Annually

  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $115,700 - $176,300 USD Annually

  • Jersey City, NJ :

º $142,000 - $176,300 USD Annually

  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $131,000 - $174,800 USD Annually

  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $115,700 - $163,100 USD Annually

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
