COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $98,500 - $144,500 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $87,100 - $144,500 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $116,400 - $144,500 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $91,600 - $122,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $87,100 - $144,000 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $79,900 - $111,900 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Development Manager to join the Skate team. You will report to a Development Director on the production team.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will work with production partners and leads to manage a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA and other production staff.

  2. You will help keep the project schedule and support the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring quality, collaboration and communication.

  3. You will provide task and backlog management to employees across diverse skillsets within a single project team

  4. You will support planning, scrum and sprint retrospective sessions with their team in an Agile development framework

  5. You will partner with Development Directors and production to manage scope and quality

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years project management or team leadership experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience engaging and motivating remote and hybrid teams

  • Experience in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
