To manage the scope and depth of our Game Development Workflows (GDW) team within Creative Technologies, we are looking for a Director of Product Management who will report directly to the Head of Product Management for Creative Technologies and will lead the product management function within the team. You will guide the future of Game Development Workflow product offerings and will ensure our game creators have the best available tools in the industry. This includes; Defining objectives and key results and owning prioritization of the backlog of initiatives and milestones for a portfolio of product areas with significant impact. Communicating and aligning the roadmap with the user community, key stakeholders, and senior leaders. Building partnerships with engineering, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive long term vision and strategy. Lead the product management team and align their contributions with the overall strategy and roadmap, and act as a trusted thought leader in the field and the practice of product management. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $160,200 - $229,100 CAN Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. |
