What a Development Director does in FC Game Development Analytics:

A Development Director in FC Game Development analytics oversees analytics projects from initiation to completion. This involves defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating project plans, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will play a scrum master role and will manage the scope vs capacity and timeline of the entire analytics project, which in turn guides them to set achievable goals. Therefore, what the team delivers at the end of every sprint has the required quality and supports the larger business goal.

We are looking for a Development Director to join our growing team of data experts; to manage the processes, to guide and coach the analytics team on how to get the most out of self-organization and fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. You will report to the Sr Manager Analytics of the game development analytics.
