What a Development Director does in FC Game Development Analytics:
A Development Director in FC Game Development analytics oversees analytics projects from initiation to completion. This involves defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating project plans, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will play a scrum master role and will manage the scope vs capacity and timeline of the entire analytics project, which in turn guides them to set achievable goals. Therefore, what the team delivers at the end of every sprint has the required quality and supports the larger business goal.
