About the Position

As an important member of our live service team, you need to coordinate internal and external teams. You will work with the Live Service Designer under the leadership of the Live Producer to run the daily operations. You need to identify potential risks and respond to them. You need to adjust operation plans in time for different performance to help the team work together to achieve the project goals. You will report to the Head of Asia.

 

Responsibilities

Participate in the global operation and work with the operations team to achieve product goals.

Help set project goals and lead the team to achieve them.

Reasonably set stage goals according to different periods, and develop the operation plan in combination with the development plan of the R&D team and the feedback from overseas users, and partners inside and outside EA.

Adjust project goals, update operational requirements, and modify operational activities according to different periods of project performance.

Assist the live service team in handling emergency issues.

 

Requirements

2 or more years' experience in operations or designing for a live project, overseas experience.

Experience with mobile game operation.

Proficiency in English reading and writing.

Knowledge with football.

Work across time zones to a certain extent.
