System Designer

We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated system designer who succeeds in an exciting development and live service environments. As a game content designer, you will be an integral member of the team shaping our games to satisfy our player community with a mind towards driving commercial success on a free-to-play business model.

As an important member of the team, you need to have a mix of game content design and live operational knowledge in the mobile game industry. A rich mobile experience is required. You will have opportunity to work with the design & product leads to support the team in the game content for the FC Mobile game. It is important for you to help live team achieve operational goals for each milestone and create game events that meet user needs. You will become an important source of real-world inspiration and crucial in translating real world and hyper local soccer events into the game.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will report to Senior Live Producer & work with Live content team in the creation of game events; Create concepts, documentations, and execution.

  • You will be a part of a subset of the live services on FC Mobile and its teams, understanding the what and the why, helping create Live events that meets our business, operational and user needs.

  • You will design features utilizing systems and tools design to ensure a good end-user experience and produce quality documentation, translating design ideas into systems.

  • You will translate real-world events into live game events, which may sometimes require flexible work hours to mirror real-world football calendar.

  • You will review builds and contribute to the quality of implementation.

  • You will take in feedback from senior team members on improving designs to align with strategic and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional game systems design experience

  • Able to break down design ideas and implement them into systems.

  • Able to conceptualize real-world events into live service content

  • Passion for football and deep insights to football culture/community.

  • In-depth knowledge of the mobile free-to-play gaming market

  • Proficiency in English - both verbally and written
