Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Compute/Infrastructure Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in building and maintaining private clouds. The role will involve designing and implementing a robust solution that meets our business needs while collaborating with other architects to deliver a joint solution that aligns with our overall architectural strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and maintain EA private cloud infrastructure.
    2. Analyze system requirements and ensure that systems offer high availability and scale efficiency.
    3. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.
    4. Collaborate with other architects to create a cohesive, robust joint solution.
    5. Develop, document, and oversee the correct implementation of system architectures.
    6. Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members.
    7. Continually research emerging technologies and propose changes where needed. Required Skills & 

Qualifications: 

8-10 years of experience in a similar role, specifically designing and implementing private cloud infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with public and private cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, HCI, Open stack, etc.).
Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
Proven track record of building high-performing infrastructures and infrastructural procedures.
Excellent data center architecture and operations knowledge, network design, and information security principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience in working within a team of architects.
Certified AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred certifications.
