Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Senior Rendering Tech Lead to join our team in Sweden.

As a Senior Rendering Tech Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the rendering team's efforts in developing and maintaining advanced rendering systems for our AAA FPS games. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, leadership, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You'll work with the Frostbite engine team, applying your expertise to improve game visuals and performance.

  • Develop and optimize high-quality rendering systems for our Battlefield experiences.
  • Align on and establish KPIs to improve software quality for the rendering domain.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art real-time rendering techniques.
  • Promote collaboration across different teams to enhance art and content workflows.
  • Mentor and manage a team of rendering engineers, supporting their professional growth.
  • Conduct performance profiling and optimization across platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in real-time rendering or AAA game development.
  • Highly proficient in C++, with a deep understanding of graphics APIs like DirectX 12, Vulkan, and Metal.
  • 5+ years of experince with technical leadership.
  • Experience with engaging with team members and partners across levels.
  • Open to learning, with a interest in the latest developments in rendering technologies.
