About the Position

EA Sports Mobile Team is seeking a Motion Graphic Artist for our FC Mobile team in Shanghai. You will create high-quality animations and graphics for in-game and promotional content. You have a strong artistic background and will collaborate with other creatives to enhance visual experience across multiple FC Mobile titles. You will work in Shanghai and you will report to Art Director.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will work with Art Director and Game Designers on multiple football in-game assets like broadcasting packages, cinematic sequences, and video footage.
  • You will design and produce dynamic motion graphics, focusing on elements like in-game UI animations, VFX, and unique special effects for player cards.
  • You will develop promotional materials, including videos and graphics, to support marketing and community engagement efforts.
  • You will create and implement real-time or pre-rendered VFX assets like particle systems and animations.
  • You will rapidly brainstorm and iterate motion materials with the team.
  • You will coordinate with multiple partners to synchronize video and audio elements, ensuring seamless integration in final post-production deliverables.
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure output.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in motion design for video games or advertising.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualization, illustration, and graphic design.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, Agile work environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other leading design and animation tools.
  • Craft animations, from initial concept to completion.
  • Experience utilizing C4D, Blender, or other 3d software for asset production and rendering.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with managing multiple tasks, especially in high-pressure, real-time situations.
  • Enthusiasm for football and a passion for gaming is a distinct advantage.
