Content Management Solutions

The Content Management Solutions team, which sits within Growth Marketing is seen as an essential arm of the business. We believe we are on the cutting edge of marketing content operations and are looking to grow a well-rounded powerhouse. Responsibilities

Marketing at EA is a global, dynamic interdependent network of teams that brings to life campaigns for some of the most exciting games on the market like EA SPORTS FC, APEX or Star Wars. Content Management Solutions is the mortar between the bricks; bring process, technology, and people to ensure the smoothest possible journey of Growth Marketing content through our workflows.

  • Reporting to the Senior Content Operations Manager You will be a main contact for teams in the content pipeline, and participate in the architecture of a Unified Campaign Workspace for the Growth Marketing team. Providing support on the implementation of processes that refine a healthy content pipeline.
  • Collaborate with teams to build and implement content pipeline improvements, specifically within the media planning landscape.
  • Help capture EA's content pipeline steps, from planning to deployment.
  • You will Identify all partners involved in the content pipeline.
  • Manage partner relationships that influence positive change within the Growth team.
  • Oversee content pipeline projects that prepare the business for future automation.
  • Build workspaces and dashboards that can be used to aggregate data.
  • You will pave the road to automation and help our business to grow
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and ways to increase content scalability.
  • Translate our needs into new ways of working with existing and future tools.
  • Bring standardisation to the content pipeline processes and workflows.
  • Partner with our developers to build solutions using internal and external tools, and help translate our needs into features.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Content Management, Content Production or Media.
  • Experience with Content delivery
  • Experience in video games or similar dynamic sports/entertainment environments is beneficial but not a requirement.

Technical skills:

  • Familiarity with different paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Video Ads, and Display) and their content requirements.
  • Have a good understanding and technical knowledge of content formats.
  • Experience with the content creation and deployment process.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience using cloud-based tools like Airtable.
  • Understanding of taxonomy and value of a connected pipeline.

Soft skills:

  • Imaginative and creative when you come up with ideas and solutions.
  • Comfortable with change: ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity.
  • Conscientious
  • Observe, listen, and come up with solutions for our challenges.
  • Excellent at initiating dialogue, identifying barriers and generating agreement.
  • As an important player in global communications campaigns, you will have a international orientation across different geographies.
