The Director, Product Management will report to the VP/GM of UFC and NHL. They will establish core competency within the UFC and NHL portfolio to drive live service value by increasing share of time, value and participation powered by interactive experiences
Your Responsibilities
- Be a Live Service expert in current and new trends, knowledgeable of why the latest games in Live Service are succeeding or failing across the gaming industry
- Assess, evolve, and drive a culture of data driven decisions: Manage the Insights needs with partner teams including User Experience Research, Data Analytics and Consumer Insights to ensure data and insights are available in a timely manner to allow for data driven decisions
- Partner with Product and Franchise leadership teams to build a roadmap that includes all critical monetization levers: Features, Content, Events, Marketing campaigns, Offers, Promotions, Regionalization, Segmentation, A/B testing, Platforms, etc.
- Establish KPIs to measure player base health and business performance throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hypotheses and execute on monetization initiatives in a fast-paced environment and advocate a nimble live service culture of test-learn-iterate across platforms
- Support Live Service forecasting efforts and business reviews
- Assess data that will drive action to create and balance models for progression systems
- Develop talent within the Product management discipline
- Lead exploration around new business models in partnership with other cross functional leads
Your Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management leadership experience
- Led large-scale monetization efforts ($100M+) in video games / digital products / consumer entertainment on multiple platforms and geographies
- Experience building and/or managing a complex marketplace
- Demonstrated strong business acumen with expertise in revenue attribution to product features, content, brand, and marketing initiatives
- Expertise in business planning and forecasting using economy models
- Worked and thrived in a matrixed environment - planning and executing through influence
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $134,250 - $220,050 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
