工作职责：

• 负责服务器功能开发
• 负责服务器开发中出现的bug和live issue进行修复
• 负责支持项目测试、质量、发布流程的制定和工具开发
• 负责与运营、测试团队和外部合作伙伴的沟通
• 帮助创建技术规范和流程文档
• 帮助发现服务器瓶颈并参与调优工作

职位要求：

• 3年及以上游戏服务器相关开发经验
• 熟悉Java/J2EE编程语言，或者熟悉C++但是对Java 有了解
• 熟悉Linux平台开发
• 熟悉网络编程和HTTP、Webstock等协议
• 熟悉缓存+数据库模式的开发
• 熟悉面向对象编程和设计模式
• 较好的英语文件读写能力
• 积极主动，责任心强，善于团队沟通
• 有大型手机网络游戏开发经验者优先
• 有海外上线手机网络游戏经验者优先
• 有服务器架构设计经验者优先
